Submission

Only proposals submitted through this link will be considered: Submit to AIUCD2025.

• The corresponding author must have created an account on the platform before submitting the proposal. It is recommended to complete this step in advance. Please refer to the detailed guide: HOW-TO: Account Creation.
• Carefully fill out all the required information in the submission form. For the title and abstract field, enter in the submission form only the title and abstract in the language chosen for the contribution. In the “Subject Areas” section, select the track to which you wish to submit your proposal under the “Primary” column (you can select only one track). Please refer to the guide: HOW-TO: Author Submission.
• For each submission, any potential conflicts of interest (e.g., recent co-authors, colleagues, PhD supervisors) with members of the program committee must be declared. Please refer to the guide: EDIT CONFLICTS OF INTEREST PAGE.
